<b>Company description</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">An international organization in Eindhoven.</p><br /><br /><b>Job description</b><br /><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>Guides and directs the process between customer and workshop.</li><li>Provides information to national and international partners and customers about: the repair stage, schedule dates, information in regards to the delivery time, shipping information and price indication.</li><li>Calculates and watches repair and calibration price quotations.</li><li>Invoices the customer, after checking the bill, for carried out activities or contracts.</li><li>Deals with customer complaints</li><li>Keeps the service management system up to date with customer and agreement information</li><li>Is alert on possible sales or service leads.</li><li>Tries to establish a long-term relationship with our customers.</li></ul><img src="https://beheer.ingoedebanen.nl/views/justlanded/4ae805ef71c53/counter.gif" alt="" /><br /><br /><b>Requirements</b><br /><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>Near Native German</li><li>Excellent English</li><li>Having knowledge of the Dutch language is a pre</li><li>HAVO/MEAO/HEAO education or equivalent in experience</li><li>Experience within an electronic equipment or planning environment.</li><li>CSR experience is a pre </li><li>Thorough knowledge of buyer/planner procedures, processes and standards.</li><li>Has the ability to recognize and anticipate potential problems and commercial opportunities.</li><li>Good communication skills, both oral and written.</li><li>Requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Can work in a team.</li></ul><br /><br /><b>Salary indication</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">€2000</p><br /><br /><b>Selection procedure</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply below.
