Data Maintenance & Rebates Specialist

The Specialist Data Maintenance, Rebates will calculate and communicate the status and details of European rebates and the calculations related to the forecasting & budgeting of rebates.

Key Responsibilities:

? European rebates within European contracts:
o Request purchase values with European suppliers and validate those with own data and solve or clarify differences;
o Request status overviews of conditional rebates and report missed conditions;
o Manage rebate due dates;
o Calculate rebate invoices;
o Prepare rebate budgets and forecasts;
o Prepare rebate accrual information.

? Support local rebate manager to manage local rebates within European and local contracts:
o Ensure understanding of locale rebates in European contracts;
o Ensure understanding of rebate tools and processes;
o Provide general support to local rebate managers.
