As a true service provider you are the single key point of contact for customers, agents, in-market company colleagues and production sites. You know your contacts by name and build strong relationships with them. You are responsible for at least one country and you perfectly oversee the entire process from order receipt to (export) delivery and post sales services. With spirit and sense of humour you continuously strive for optimal customer satisfaction and options to improve.
