You will serve the needs of our customers and see to it that the quality of service continuously meets or exceeds the demands of our customers. As a Customer Service Agent you will be the intermediate between the customer and the organisation. Your main tasks consist of: - Answering all telephone enquiries of customers - Solving customer problems - Taking care of all order handling and processing activities - Generating orders, taking care of commercial follow-up after enquiries in order to establish a long lasting relationship with the customers
