Role: New positions exist for German Technical Customer support specialists to join their team. As part of a global team you will support German customers on a range of enquiries.

Skills: To be considered for the role you will need native fluency in German with fluent English. An interest in IT and/or knowledge of Microsoft applications such as word, exchange, internet explorer is an advantage. Experience of working with customers via telephone or face to face is an advantage.
