Job description

Providing general support by e-mail and telephone to end consumers and retailers, who are either members of a new loyalty program or who are interested to participate.

  • Send out enrolment forms and loyalty cards;
  • Inform customers on how to use the retailer website;
  • Register complaints received via e-mail, mail, phone or fax on the website;
  • Handle requests for new activation codes to access the site station specific web-pages;
  • Follow-up gift order limit with internal sales organisation;
  • Monitoring of card over-ordering at site;
  • Provide aggregated reports for sites w/o web access on occasional basis/ on specific requests;


Requirements
  • Fluent Dutch, fluent French, German would be appreciated in addition
  • Communicative competence
  • Client and service-oriented
  • Accurate
  • Team player
  • Familiarity with a PC and experience with Windows, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
