They are now looking for professional agents to give technical support and troubleshoot client issues.

Role: As a member of their support team your task will involve giving 1st and 2nd level technical assistance to their client\'s requests via telephone and email. This is a varied role that will see you interact with users and other divisions and departments of the company. You will also introduce and supervise orders ensuring the best quality service to the client.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. He/She is a fluent English, German and Polish speaker. He/She will have detailed Microsoft IT knowledge (Hardware and Software), database working knowledge and some experience in order tracking and management.
He/ She will be service oriented with good IT skills, excellent phone manner and with good communication skills.
