Job Description:

This role is responsible for creating credit facilities which meet customer requirements and support IBM plan objectives while balancing risks and rewards.

The credit analyst evaluates customer requests and understands the following: business structure, financing relationships/capital structure, and financial risks. Employees in this role also assign a credit rating and define the conditions under which IBM will provide financing.

These conditions include: secured versus, unsecured content, payment structures, collateral requirements, financial and other covenant requirements, and audit requirements.

Required:

Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
Russian: Fluent

Preferred:

Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance
