Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in developing the commercial services practice, leading complex and challenging projects and managing teams to ensure high-quality project delivery in the area of Operational Excellence.

You will actively contribute to developing/expanding our firm's market presence within key accounts and in our targeted industry segments. You will play a lead role in market-focused activities, including the development of proposals and client presentations, as well as thought-provoking market-oriented articles for publication.

Desired background:

Minimum 5-7 years discrete industry experience, ideally combined with experience at a top management consulting firm
Experience in large scale operational excellence projects
Experience in sustainable and continuous Performance Improvement projects
Experience and certification in Lean and Six Sigma
Established network of contacts at manager/executive level across several Switzerland-based companies
Analytical approach, strategic thinking; a problem-solver with a sound financial / economic understanding
Solid project management skills and outstanding presentation skills
Written/spoken fluency in English and German; French is an asset
Willing and able to travel

Required Education:

University degree (Masters) e.g. in business administration, science or engineering
