English + (German or French) General Accountant

Approach People is actively looking for a Junior Accountant (mini 1 year, / maxi 2 years).
Fluent English. French or German a plus.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Process license revenue for European business units.
Assist with processing professional services packages through invoicing.
Review sales orders packages for completeness and accurate terms and conditions.
Perform credit check as per company policy.
Process product shipments and license keys.
Process billing and revenue for licences through Peoplesoft contract module.
Record partners commissions for payment.
Reconcile revenue and deferred revenue accounts.
Follow up on Accounts Receivable accounts including payments and reminders.
Assist with other projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS
Recent graduate (university or HEG) with studies in Accounting or related field
1 to 2 years of professional experience in an Accountant role
Proficient in business-level English, some French or German a plus
Must have good MS Office skills; systems knowledge a plus
Must be extremely detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task
