freelance Clinical Outsourcing Manager - 12 months

The purpose of this position is to provide one or more of the following services:

- RFIs, RFPs, RFQs
- Contract Creation
- Development & Implementation of Outsourcing Strategies
- Creation/Revision of Outsourcing Tools
- Setting Up CRO/Service Provider Database
- CRO Selection
- CRO Monitoring
- Training Project Teams & other Service Providers

Skills/Knowledge Required:

- Experience with clinical research / clinical research organizations preferred.
- Good understanding of project management principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis in negotiating.
- Excellent English language skills, additional languages are advantageous.
- Contractual awareness.

Ideally you will be based full-time for a 12 month period on-site in Switzerland although more accomplished professionals will be considered for home-based positions.

The successful individual will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate.
