Business Process Analyst

Vacancy: Business Process Analyst Global Product Costing

Responsibilities: - Deliver the product costing solution whitin the Seeds Business requirements and group reporting requirements on time and on quality
- Actively contribute to the product costing design
- Align, where possible the seeds design with Crop Protection existing solution (Synpro solution)
- Liaise with respective regional or global stakeholders to communicate design principles and new business processes for my client.
- Ensure compliance between business requirements and project deliverables at all time
- Support the design, build, test, handover and training activities to implement and transfer the product cost engine to the steady state environment
- Embed the output of the product costing engine in the Management Reporting design
- Work closely with the project team and incorporate Global Product Costing requirements
- Effective management and balancing of priorities
- Escalate issues in a timely manner, actively participate / lead solution process
- Good communication skills with both business stakeholders and project-consultants

Requirements: - SAP knowledge
- Good working knowledge of standard costing and corporate accounting
- A background in CP Synpro/Crisp environment or a Finance / Control / Supply chain enviroment
- Exposure to IT systems
- Able to understand and support development of IT systems
- Experience in working independently and to high level of accuracy
- Networking and relationship building skills
- (preferably) Project Management
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent English
- Familiar in dealing with changing and occasionally conflicting priorities
- Good communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Good organisational skills (planning)
- Able to work concentrated under pressure
- Able to translate overall project goals into detailed requirements and vice versa
- Able to grow into a Foundation-project role on Product-costing in core A2R team
