English, French and German Order Administrator for Asia-Paci

Company: Our client is a successful provider of IT security solutions. Over the last decades, they have developed into a multinational, spreading their expertise all across Europe and are still growing. Currently they are looking for an Order Management for their office in Switzerland, near to Bern.
Role: The Order Management supports the sales team and will keep track of Asia-Pacific regions administration, your tasks in this role will include, among others duties: sorting price inquires and quotations, completing order sheets for materials and merchandise, updating customer files and shipping dates .
Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent English plus fluent German and/or French. He/she will have a previous experience in administration, customer service or sales support role. He/she will have knowledge of MS-Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and strong IT skills.
