Account Director (Maternity Cover)

Main Purpose:

Responsible for the promotion of the Company’s Customer Loyalty programs, this position will play an integral part in managing key accounts within Brierley Europe. Reporting to US based Senior Managment Team, this role will be partially based on the Company’s client site, focusing on the promotion and marketing of Company products to maximise revenue. The role will be responsible for the management of a team of 6 senior and junior level account managers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Contribute to the general planning and management:
•Managing day-to-day contact with multiple accounts
•Develop and deliver quarterly promotional programmes to support “medium” accounts
•Set-up and manage the working relationship with Tradedoubler in order to service the ‘small’ accounts
•Support management of a ‘fast-track’ programme for ‘small’ to ‘medium’ and new accounts showing large growth potential
•Act as marketing support to local country teams across Europe to implement staff and member marketing programmes for agreed ‘large’ and ‘medium’ accounts
•Manage response to a dedicated ‘hotline’ number and email account. Responses to be logged and actioned within defined SLA’s
•Maintaining tracking documents of all partners in programme and overseeing distribution of any commission payments
•Aiding new partner set-up
•Support development of acquisition campaigns for new partner channels.
