Key Objectives & Responsibilties of the role:
- Collection activities.
- Establishing customer relationships.
- Calling customers to collect open acounts receivables.
- Dunning activities.
- Reconciliation of Debits and Credits.
- Solving of disputes.
- Order acceptance.
