TELE SALES CONSULTANTS - ALGARVE

We have an immediate requirement for a driven,
experienced property investment sales consultant.
We are expanding rapidly within the market.
Taking major advantage of the credit crunch, we are a Portugal based property trading and brokerage business that is currently undergoing extreme growth and sales activity due to our location and network in Portugal and our timing with lending, valuations and discounts.

You Will Be
• A confident communicator, with the ability to build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Possess a Fluent, concise telephone manner with experience in telesales
• Well versed in closing, investment property and buy to let.
• Knowledge of overseas property distinct advantage.
The Role
The role involves calling investor clients to sell properties located in numerous worldwide locations all of which are priced to reflect the current market conditions.
We have an aggressive attitude towards our pricing policy and only offer clients unique opportunities.
We invest heavily in various marketing channels and on line lead generation.
The key for any sales professional recruited for this role is that there are 2 sources of commission -
SERVICE FEES AND PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS.
The successful candidate will receive commission when a client registers with us AND when a client purchases properties.

We will pay you your commission within 48hours of a clients fee clearing.
