Role

Trilingual Senior Customer Services Account Executive with fluent German & Italian

To be a Senior Customer Service Account Executive managing our Italian & German Global/Key accounts within Customer Services. This with is achieved by reporting on the operational status of these accounts to the business, and providing and excellent service and response to external and internal customers.
In addition the Senior Customer Service Account Executive will take responsibility for communication and training regarding business processes within customer care and the external teams as necessary.

Profile
Fluency in both verbal and written English, German & Italian is essential
Excellent communication skills and client relationship experience
Experience in a technical environment
Good experience in a sales or service orientated environment is vital
Good knowledge of office systems, word/excel (SAP training will be given) and procedures
Excellent manner to communicate via email and telephone
A pro-active approach, enthusiasm, accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
