SIEBEL PROJECT MANAGER

SENIOR TECHNICAL PROJECTMANAGER/PROJECT DIRECTOR FOR SIEBEL WANTED NOW

Challenges:
You will take full responsibility for the technical track of the implementation of the European Sales force automation tool in close collaboration with colleagues from US, IO, Japan and corporate IT.

You will
*Be part of the management team for the European Siebel implementation (32 countries, 180+ mDKK)
*Manage a team of internal / external consultants (10/15)
*Be responsible for managing and overseeing the system development process including project planning, systems analysis, technical design, development, testing, turnover to production, acceptance criteria and deliverables review schedules
*Proactively performs risk and issues management, develops and manages the IT portions of the project budget and identifies the technical approach and key deliverables
*Utilize existing project management approach and develop appropriate deliverables including project team roles, reporting structure, develop the project plan including resources and skills required, and project acceptance procedures.
*Participate in the development and execution of project communication plans.
*Be responsible for the Management of the development team (internal / external consultants)
*Be part of the rollout in 30+ countries
*Ensure a high level of system performance and flexibility
*Establish and monitor sub projects if needed (data sources consolidation, ...)
*Coordinate with Corporate IT to link with other projects or platforms (SOA, ..)
*Report to the project steering committee and communicate with the various stakeholders
*Participate in the establishment of the system solution Center for Europe (including offshoring / outsourcing evaluation)
*Drive motivation initiatives to ensure successful roll-out
*Be the liaison between project team and Region Europe affiliates

Qualifications:

Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration, or similar
*> 10 years experience in Siebel design and implementation in life science, pharma or biotech
*Excellent project management skills, experience with project methodologies (PMP)
*Good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management and CRM / Sales force automation systems
*Strong leadership and change management skills
*Hands on experience in Siebel Configuration/ Integration/ Analytics
*Good analytical skills as well as good communication and motivation skills
*Ability to work across different cultures
*Fluent in English language
*Willingness to travel (mainly Europe)
*Team player
