*Area of work SAP Competence Center *Committed to perform SAP support activities *Specific tasks Management of a central SAP competence center of 100 people providing support services to 3.000 SAP end users Further improvement of the day-to-day Competence Center operations Recruitment of additional SAP and process experts Definition and implementation of SLA's with various clients Identification and implementation of proces improvements and launching of new SAP projects *Required functional knowledge general business knowledge of the major business processes (procure to pay order to cash warehouse management transport management ...) *SAP specific knowledge knowledge of the major SAP modules (FI CO PP PS WM MM; SD; HR) *Other specific requirements At least 5 years proven SAP competence center experience with blue chips companies Proven experience in managing a SAP competence center of at least 50 people Proven experience of working in public sector companies Proven experience in supporting tools and methodologies (SAP solution manager ITIL Productivity pack ...)
