Technical Support Representative - Native Norwegian/Danish/S

For our International client, based in the Amsterdam Region, we are currently looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their European team.
Job Profile
Answering the telephone "hot line" and written or Internet-based inquiries from customers regarding company products for the native language region and depending on language skills for customers in other regions
Analysing problems with nonfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications to identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action
Recommending solutions to customer application questions
Maintaining log of problems so that recurring problems can be reported to product development
Discussing with customers (internal and external) technical aspects of product installation, operation and maintenance relative to sales and/or repair considerations
Handling telephone interface and initiating follow-up calls/paperwork in accordance with customer complaint procedure
Handling written customer communications in the form of email and web-chat in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries
May, in the future, handle customer video chat interactions in support of pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries
Giving interface compatibility information to customers on company released products
May handle customer product repair invoicing and assist in preparation of customer service statistics
Checking status of repair orders following customer request
Using professional concepts; applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Applying system knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management
Working on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
Exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
Maintaining internal and some external contacts
Receiving general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Candidate Profile
MUST BE native in Norwegian OR Swedish OR Danish AND fluent in English. Dutch is preferable
HBO degree or equivalent experience
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years related experience
System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management.
Customer Focused, people oriented, strong independent behavior, strong commercial affinity
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, a team player
Ability to work and perform under pressure
