Test Manager / QA Manager

Templeton and Partners, on behalf of a large multinational blue chip organisation based in the Netherlands is currently looking for a Test Manager / QA Manager to join its ever expanding team.
The Test Manager will require the following skills:
-Experience in the field of IT Testing
-Experience of Managing Test teams
-A minimum of 3 years management experience within Testing / QA
-Experience in Risk Analysis
-Exposure to a project management methodology (rup, ITIL, Prince2...etc)
-Fluency in DUTCH both written and oral
Nice to Have:
-Telecoms experience
