Main Activities:
Participate in all aspects of the invoicing of customers accounts. Maintain and foster commercial relations with customers via telephone or written correspondence.

Responsibilities:

Â? Maintain billing system according to terms of customer contracts
Â? Handle all operations involved in the management for customers accounts; answer queries on invoice and analyze claims and complaints
Â?Issue manual invoices and credit notes from accounting system

Required skills qualities:

Â? Sound understanding of computing and telecommunications
Â? Knowledge of commercial administration and invoicing
Â? Ability to work well in a team
Â? Well-organized and autonomous
Â? Methodical and diligent
Â? Able to work under pressure
Â? Experience with MS Office
Â? Fluent in English and Norwegian
Â? Accurate
