The Role:

As a Customer Support Agent you will:
• Provide customers with friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer support
• Provide troubleshooting services to customers by email
• Work effectively with other team members to provide support for customers

Candidate requirements:
• Fluent second language written and spoken
• Good English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in technology and mobiles
• Customer service/contact centre experience an advantage

My client is a multinational outsourcing company based in Greece. For their new projects starting in September we are now recruiting French Customer Support Agents to work in the heart of Athens. It is entry level role and no experience is required! We welcome all applicants with fluent French and with interest in new technologies like mobile phones, laptops and internet.
