Our Client is a large consumer finance group operating in a number of countries in and outside of Europe.

Due to further development our Client is currently looking for a professional risk manager to manage risk policies in one of its foreign markets in South East Asia

Country Chief Risk Officer

The hired person will be responsible for development and implementation of risk management policies and overall risk management on the local market.

Key resposibilities:

* Development of the product and operational risk management strategies and policies in line with business goals,
* Implementation and constant monitoring of the risk management procedures, taking up necessary measures in case of deviations,
* Management of the risk department personnel - hiring, motivating, assessment,
* Supporting sales and marketing functions in determination of risk levels and prices for new products,
* Cooperation with HQ and other functions within the company.

Requirements:

* Several years of risk experience (8+ years), including 2+ years in management of wide risk of a multinational consumer finance institution or retail bank (incl. anti-fraud processes),
* Min. 3 years of experience in designing risk policies and credit scoring functions,
* Advanced business or maths or statistics degree,
* Well-developed leadership skills and drive to build world-class risk management operation in a dynamic environment,
* Excellent command of English.
