HR Administration Associate:

Perfect Candidate:
Graduate in any discipline
1-2 years of work experience
Good communication and aptitude for learning
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Prior experience with any kind of transaction processing
Analytical ability
Fluent communication skills in both English and German or Dutch or Italian or French or Polish or Spanish
Knowledge of work flow management

Responsibilities:
Responds to requests for process administration by fax, email, internet, work flow (any request not requiring a verbal communication response)
Conducts a variety of process administration tasks including but not limited to:

Issues and processes contracts / agreements (e.g., leave of absence, training reimbursement, etc.)
Handles general correspondence (e.g., letters of reference, letters of confirmation, letters of service anniversaries, etc.) in collaboration with line management
Manages and updates the personnel files of current employees and archives inactive files
Completes and monitors all administrative work related to workforce data entry and maintenance (e.g., pre-contractual, contract set-up, on-boarding, transfers, changes personal data, training / developmental credits, payroll data, permits, contract changes, departures, etc.)
Releases manually entered payments to employees (e.g., special salary payments, advances, etc.)
Processes salary changes and promotions
Manages retired staff administrative issues and requests
Handles the administrative management of special programs (e.g., day care centers)
Translates and/or checks translations of various documents
Checks and files all SOX relevant documents
