Human Resource Manager DRC

Our client, a listed mining and exploration group with operations in several African Countries has a vacancy for a HR Manger at one of their mines in the Republic of Congo. They offer excellent remuneration and incentives including performance bonusses. The successfull incumbant will be responsible for managing the full HR function incl Industrial Relations - union and wage negotiations, personnel admin, training & skills development and performance management.
The ideal candidate will be:
Fluent in French with English as second language;
Have strong HR background preferably in the mining sector but engineering & construction will also be concidered;
Have a proven track record with 5 - 10 years experience;
Have a degree or equivalent HR Management, HR Development, Industrial Relations qualification
Expatriate experience and advantage
