Account Manager Enterprise

To manage direct end user relationships on behalf of McAfee to deliver value based solutions which utilise the McAfee System Protection & McAfee Network Protection Solutions, to large corporate clients within vertical markets. Working within a designated territory the role involves creating the need for a long term strategic relationship, whilst also identifying and closing new business opportunities based on solutions deliverable today.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet or exceed assigned revenue quota
Manage named accounts to maximise short term revenue and build future pipeline
Engage and present up to board level
Develop, maintain and implement account plans and opportunity plans using Target Account Selling methodology, or other similar sales/business methodologies
Build a new business channel through business development
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
Manage order process and debt management
Engage with appropriate delivery, technology and alliance partners to develop unique, business focused solutions
Inputting data into MAX, McAfee’s customer relationship system
Managing your own time and attending fortnightly team meetings & Monthly progress meetings
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Understanding of and demonstrable track record of utilising a recognised sales methodology
Must have excellent sales, negotiation and influential selling skills
Broad understanding of the various vertical markets
Software background. Security sector experience is desirable.
Must be computer literate with email, Internet, word processing and spreadsheets.
Excellent English oral and written skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Clear, accurate and concise reporting.
Competent and experienced in the application of Target Account Selling methodology or other Sales/Business methodologies.
