Primary School Teacher
Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
Salary: based on teacher scale MPS/UPS
Start Date: Immediate start possible, and September starts
Hours: Full- time position (part-time applicants may be considered by the school)

GSL Education are currently partnering with schools in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area, to find teachers who are seeking exciting new opportunities, where they can begin their teaching career with effective support. The role is ideally full-time permanent, however the schools may consider offering part-time or temporary work.
There is the opportunity to explore a range of different schools which would enable you to discover what type of school suits you and your teaching, and through this, you will gain a wealth of experience which will positively impact your teaching practice!
Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver creative and captivating lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being
Requirements:
• Teaching Certification (QTS /PGCE)
• Solid knowledge of the primary school curriculum
• Previous experience working or volunteering in a primary school is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
