Aspire People are looking for Higher Level Teaching assistants (HLTA)/unqualified teachers in the Nottingham area!
Are you an experienced teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for people just like you to join us, working within primary schools in the Nottingham area.
Position: Temporary, part time and full time teaching assistants
Location: Primary schools in Nottingham
Experience: Must have UK based experience working with children in an education setting.
Qualified/experience as a HLTA/unqualified teacher
Availability: Flexible day to day working, possibility of regular full and part time work
What does the role involve?
We offer staff the opportunity to work in a lively and rewarding environment, supporting both students and teachers in education settings, including SEND settings, nurseries and primary schools.
This position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of young people.
You might be:
* Assisting teachers with the planning and delivering of lessons, some roles include a focus on students with SEMH and SEND
* Providing one-to-one support to students that require a little bit of extra help
* Individualized learning: Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students
* Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
* Creating a positive environment for young learners to thrive in!
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for experienced/qualified HLTA's (higher level teaching assistants) or unqualified teachers with a history of supporting primary students within the UK. You must be able to work effectively within a team and independently, and have a passion for working with and enhancing the learning of young people.
