Senior Consultant - Burning Hot Desk - Very realistic £55 - £65k OTE year 1

Fed up with recruitment jobs where you're brought in just to hammer out BD Calls while the best clients are managed elsewhere? Perhaps you're tired of thresholds serving as excuses for companies not to pay out commission when you're making them money? Maybe you simply detest admin and being bogged down in updating CRM systems instead of making money?

We operate a very lean way of recruiting, prioritising finding the best people in the market to fill our clients' roles, rather than spending our time on things that don't do that. Our group operates 3 brands - Zero Surplus focused on Sales, Cambridge Talent Partnership covering Supply Chain and Product, and the recently added Brand Recruitment with over 18 years of regional marketing recruitment heritage.

We're in the enviable position where we have some fantastic clients available to pass immediately to the successful candidate, as well as a regular stream of inbound window jobs from entry to executive level. Predominantly in the marketing space initially but you have the flexibility to work cross sector with any brand at any client to maximise the service you offer.

In the last year we've done minimal business development due to our success and focus on high fill rates and our ability to work cross department. We need a like-minded recruiter, flexible and able to run with minimal training to help us take the next step in our growth.

You will inherit an extensive group of clients with historical success, regular window jobs, and if you want to do business development, plenty of warm routes to market. We all have children so offer super flexible working, though would love somebody to come in at least 2 days a week to our Newmarket office. 25 days' holiday plus a usually extensive Christmas shutdown, fast track career growth opportunities. Commission is paid on every placement with no thresholds. We are also open to candidates looking for reduced hours to work around school pick-ups, though realistically we would hope for about 25 hours as a minimum.
