My client are a market-leading construction and property consultancy delivering significant projects throughout the UK. Their expertise includes project management, cost consultancy, employer's agent services, fund monitoring, and development management.
They deliver a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors including large residential developments, luxury private housing, and major healthcare initiatives.
Projects you'll be working on:
With over £2 billion worth of projects secured, you'll be working on a number of luxury schemes including a large high rise development in Manchester consisting of over 75 storeys as well as 3 schemes owned by Gary Neville.
The role:
We're looking for someone with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice and solutions to meet their objectives. You'll be conducting detailed surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and infrastructure, and administering contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions, and resolving any disputes or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Salary and package:
My client are offering a highly competitive salary of up to £75,000, plus an excellent benefits package.
