Temp to Perm
Salford
4 on and 4 off Shift Pattern
12 Hours 7am-7pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Bonus: 10% yearly bonus
Our prestigious build-to-rent company is seeking a Resident Experience Associate to join our team in Salford. Our building features a collection of luxurious apartments and boasts exceptional amenities and customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and people-oriented individual to help us maintain our high standards and achieve our goals.
The Role
The Resident Experience Associate will work alongside our team to ensure that we meet our KPIs, including letting apartments, minimising rental debt, managing health and safety, and receiving positive reviews from residents. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their tasks and approach their role with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
Respond promptly and professionally to general enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Conduct viewings with potential residents and provide up-to-date information
Promote a friendly and community-oriented atmosphere
Address and resolve resident issues and service requests in a timely and professional manner
Process payments and monitor and chase rent arrears according to company procedures
Provide information and recommendations for the local area
Maintain positive resident reviews on various online platforms
Update social media accounts
Assist with planning and hosting networking events
Manage reception and communal areas
Support with compliance testing and recording in line with company health and safety policies
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the build-to-rent, purpose-built student accommodation, or hospitality industry
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
IT proficiency, including MS Office and relevant software
Experience with social media in a work environment
