A vibrant opportunity has arisen for a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor to support our industrial/manufacturing company's growing international client base on a 12 month Fixed Term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Description

Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat
Delivering excellent customer service to both English and French speaking clients
Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing knowledgeable solutions
Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
Processing customer orders in a timely manner
Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes
Maintaining accurate customer records
Participating in regular team meetings and training sessionsProfile

A successful French-speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

Proficiency in both French and English languages
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
Computer literacy, especially in CRM systems and MS OfficeJob Offer
