Exciting Opportunity: Multi Skilled Plasterer for Social Housing Maintenance
This role offers the chance to service properties in the vibrant regions of Manchester and Lancashire.
Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £20 P/H CIS
Responsibilities:
Conduct maintenance and repairs on occupied properties promptly and efficiently.
Execute various tasks including plumbing, plastering, tiling, and joinery.
Drive a company van provided for the role.
Utilize a PDA system for efficient workflow management.Requirements:
Prior experience in social housing maintenance and public-facing roles.
Possession of a clean driving licence.
NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in PlasteringThe ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in:
Plumbing: Ability to remove and reinstall radiators and bathroom suites.
Plastering: Proficiency in various plastering and rendering techniques.
Tiling: Competency in tile installation.
