I am seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer who is based in London to join my client's extraordinary team of engineers. As a consultancy, they are a team of just under 40 with 2 national offices. They work closely with architects to co-create sustainable buildings and spaces that enhance the quality of life while looking after the earth as much as possible.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be working on projects within a range of sectors including residential, cultural, education, and conservation.
Producing drawings and specifications for Mechanical Building Services Systems
Carrying out design calculations utilizing both manual and computer techniques
Monitoring own design delivery for quality, program, and budget
Liaising with other design department members to understand clients' requirements and select appropriate solutions, plant, and equipment
Understanding and implementing sustainability and environmental design
Site management of contractors and installations for compliance with the design
