We are working exclusively with a growing manufacturing start-up with ambitious plans for the future in their search for a talented and experienced Management Accountant to join the team and play a pivotal role in their success.
In this role, you will:
Prepare, analyse, and interpret financial data to support informed decision-making by the CFO and senior management.
Manage the full accounting cycle, from processing accounts payable/receivable to preparing financial statements and reports.
Develop and maintain internal accounting systems and controls.
Oversee the month-end closing process and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Manage cash flow and provide recommendations for optimising financial health
To be successful, you will have:
At least two years experience in a manufacturing accounting role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for manufacturing and a desire to contribute to the growth of a start-up.
