Fawkes and Reece are currently working with one of the industry leading principal contractors to find a Building Services Manager to work within their Building Services London division. This role will be a site-based position, and will cover both elements of pre-construction, design and delivery of all MEP installation, on Commercial and Residential projects.
The chosen candidate would have had relevant experience in managing MEP sub-contractors and consultants whilst having a good knowledge on M&E design management.
