About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and resourceful Client Portfolio Manager to join a thriving accountancy practice. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing portfolios for a diverse range of clients, tailoring strategies to their unique goals, risk tolerances, and time horizons. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong relationships and providing ongoing communication and education.
Responsibilities:
* Regularly review and assess portfolio performance, making adjustments as needed.
* Proactively research and identify new investment opportunities that align with client needs.
* Providing coaching, direction, support, feedback to more junior members of the team
* Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to attract new clients.
* Maintain comprehensive client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Maintaining a productive relationship with all clients in the agreed portfolio, maintaining regular contact, completing all complex accounts work and tax issues, and dealing with any specific queries or problems using available specialist skills and knowledge as required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client portfolio management or a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Be qualified (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience.
