We are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role on behalf of our client based in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated Customer Service Team, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling all customer queries, processing orders, and offering administrative support to Area Sales Managers.
* £24,000 to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience
* Monday to Friday- 09.30 to 17.30
* Opportunity to work in a supportive team environment
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound calls and dealing with all enquiries from customers and the external sales team
* Overseeing assigned accounts and providing full support to customers and External Sales Managers
* Regularly communicating with various departments within the company
* Processing internet and email orders using Sage and the company's internal programme.
* Maintaining customer information on CRM and ensuring all contact information is up-to date
* Providing administrative support for Area Sales Managers and dealing with carriers, chasing deliveries, and obtaining POD’s
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor role will:
* Be accurate and efficient at all times
* Have excellent customer service skills and be able to offer the best personal service at all times
* Have the initiative to find a resolution to any problems that may arise
* Be able to handle difficult customers while remaining calm and professional
* Be able to work well in a team and manage their own workload effectively
* Have basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel, and Sage (training will be provided)
