Our client is s customer service focused individual, who is technically minded, to assist the team and customers by providing Technical Support. Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Annual salary £35,000-£45,000.

Duties:

Provide technical support to customer, troubleshooting, assisting with technical issues.
Provide on-site support, as well as remote support to customers.
Oversee the technical support team, act as final stage of resolutions.
Develop and facilitate workshops/training courses.
Attend presales and aftersales meetings with sales team.Benefits:
