Recsure Personnel are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive for a company based within the Telford area. This role is working 08.30 - 17.00, Monday to Friday on a straight permanent contract. There is opportunities for immediate starts for suitable candidates following CV submittal and interview process.
This role will include the following duties on a day to day basis:
- Managing current client base to consistent sales from them/ up sell further products.
- Updating customer data based using CRM systems/ spreadsheets.
- Acting as a point of contact for all of current and new customer needs.
- Develop positive relationships with existing and new clients.
- Communicating potential issues with other departments including - production, quality, transport and end user.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Suggest improvements that can be made to improves sales performance/ opportunities.
- Carry out quarterly customer reviews/ satisfaction surveys.
Experience/ Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience of working within a sales executive position.
- Must have previous experience of working in sales within the manufacturing industry.
- Understand sales performance metric and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
