Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Employment Type: Limited Company (LTD) role, outside of IR35
Rate: £34p/h
Contract Duration: 3 months rolling
The day-to-day responsibilities of the electrical Maintenance Engineer will involve the following.
You will be part of a maintenance team which will be tasked to keep production up and running.
90 percent will be reactive maintenance and 10 percent will be getting involved in some projects and helping to establish a PPM schedule.
You will be working on inverters, 3 phase motors, relays, sensors, switches, junction boxes, control panels, power supply.
You will be carrying out 3 phase installation, fault finding.
Basic PLC fault finding (Allen Bradley)
The Maintenance Engineer must possess the following skills and experience.
Experienced electrical maintenance engineer
Apprentice Trained
Electrical engineering qualification
Mechanical engineering qualification
Able to fault find and repair a wide range electrical systems
Experience with working on Allen Bradley PLC’s
Must be able to pass and drugs and alcohol test
