A luxury British car manufacturer known for producing high-performance sports cars is currently hiring a VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of vehicle projects for all the SW & ET contents, on time, on quality and on budget.
The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will:
Reach targets on direct costs, investments, and supplier development costs, supported by the PL of Finance.
Lead the external engineering Team fostering analysis and facilitating decision making.
Track and manage overall components timing (SW & ET specific ones)
Be responsible for vehicle level/cross functional engineering decisions.
The VLM – Software and Electronics Technologies will have:
Degree in an Engineering (Electronics, Software, Telecommunication)
IMechE, IET or similarly recognized international institution memberships.
High Experience in Project management in Automotive projects.
Vehicle projects experience for small volume OEMs.
Experience in managing indirect teams towards delivery (e.g., 10 or more reports)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in international organizations.
