You have spent your career in metals manufacturing, everything you have done has touched metals.
Are you feeling like you are in the shadows of your manager? Maybe you have stepped up or you aren’t being rewarded, or maybe there is no growth opportunity where you are?
You are passionate about quality and know if you were the quality manager, that quality would be the heart of a business.
Your predecessor has been promoted opening the door for you to come in as the new Quality Manager in charge of everything Quality Systems and Assurance related.

In 2018 the business was established with the goal of doing things differently, with service & quality at the heart of everything it does.
The business has built a great team, I’ve known the directors for a long time and was there with them when they bought in their first member of staff. Together we have managed to attract talented professionals from the industry as well as developing and nurturing people who didn’t even know what the product looked like before they started.
Great levels have been reached and now, 5 years on, it has a new purpose-built facility. I loathe to put the word "exciting" into an advert: doesn’t every recruiter tell you that the role they are pitching is exciting, but this really is something exciting for me to shout about and for you to be part of!
You are a working within quality within a metals engineering business.
Your focus as Quality Manager is on everything systems and processes…
ISO 9001 is currently where they are at, but with your guidance achieving 18001 and 14001 is more than just a pipe dream.
During the last 12/18 months they have been very stable, dealing with some extremely high-profile clients with quality is at the heart of everything they do.
You will manage all aspects of the quality system: performing audits, handling non-conformities, ensuring compliance to regulations, and producing quality reports.
You will be rewarded with a salary of 35-38k
