Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of our company in the US, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve growth and market penetration. You will leverage your expertise in HVAC systems and your network within the industry to build strong customer relationships and drive sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and market share.
* Identify and target potential customers, including contractors, distributors, and end-users.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
* Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the Italian head office on sales strategies, forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a sales management role within the HVAC industry.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and OEM manufacturing processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel within the US as required.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
