The successful Manufacturing Engineering Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of the Manufacturing Engineering Team ensuring NPI programs are delivered to plan, driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and providing production support to meet business targets.
The role will involve:
Drive continuous improvement throughout all aspect of operation and evolve the standards for a CI culture.
Work closely with all stakeholders to improve and enhance quality ensuing sustainable root cause analysis across the business.
Support New Product Introduction projects to ensure all new products are delivered on time to deadlines and sustainably to support long term efficiency and future product developments.
Provide technical support for the supply chain to ensure high quality, right first-time sourcing from approved vendors.

Relevant management experience
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas
End to end knowledge of production processes
Experience in driving Operational Excellence
Experience in driving new products into production to tight deadlines
Ability to liaise with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management
