The Sales Market Manager oversees the sales and account development experience in professional staffing segments, including accounting, finance and office services and helps lead recruiting teams!

The Sales Market Manager Duties:
Organize and execute personal sales in a given geographic territory or assigned account(s) utilizing effective sales skills, tools and programs
Oversee the sales and customer service functions to ensure the satisfaction of all customer requirements towards the attainment of branch financial operating budgets
Recruit, hire, train, and develop all branch personnel consistent with Company personnel policies and procedures, to ensure branch objectives are met and company growth is achieved
Prepare and execute appropriate budgets and action plans to ensure attainment of established operating income goals
Actively participate in the preparation and implementation of all strategic and tactical business plans in the assigned areas of responsibility and accountability
Achieve established minimum personal sales activity, revenue and gross profit requirements
Manage all branch sales and customer service staff towards the successful attainment of branch revenue, gross profit and operating income budgets
Lead necessary recruitment activities to fulfill client and branch requirements
Supervise branch activities in alignment with Helpmates sales promotions, campaigns, and client functions
Conduct regular coaching sessions with all assigned personnel for the purpose of training and development and improved performance
Plan and execute customer development and retention programs towards increasing revenue and customer satisfaction
Administrative Responsibilities:
Interpret and disseminate Helpmates plans, policies, and programs as required
Evaluate the performance of branch staff at regular intervals and develop plans for their continuous improvement and professional development
Maintain and update appropriate client and prospect account information
Submit required reports on a timely basis
Update financial forecasts and projections as requested
Manage all branch expenses and approve all expense reimbursements and check requisitions
Regularly update and maintain competitive intelligence and marketplace dynamics
Affiliate and actively participate in appropriate business and networking groups
Maximize company technology tools and protocols
Establish and maintain a workplace driven by the Helpmates Values and Passions
Management of all pricing, contracts, and proposals to ensure sales, gross margins, and profit goals are met
Oversee the successful submission of the weekly specialists payroll
Effective interpersonal skills

Education Requirements
College degree and five (5) years staffing industry experience with three years of sales management experience, or two (2) years of college and seven (7) years of staffing industry experience with five (5) years of sales management experience
Specific sales and account development experience in professional staffing segments, including accounting, finance and office services
Profit center responsibility and accountability
Stable employment history with no more than two jobs in the last thirty-six (36) months
Staffing experience in the southern California marketplace
Organizational Relationships
Regular and consistent communication and information flow should exist between your direct supervisor, and Corporate staff regarding the progress of sales and customer service towards achieving the Branch and Company goals. The Branch Manager will delegate the appropriate authority and accountability to the Customer Service and Sales Team to maximize the talents and expertise of the team.
