Job Description
As a Development Director, you’ll be part of the diverse Ubisoft San Francisco team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work with Executive Producer(s) and/or Studio Directors in driving the overall development timeline, making sure the team can hit all milestones
Identify and analyze risks to the project timeline. Communicate risks to project management. Provide solutions to avoid potential risks
Develop and implement tools and processes for effectively tracking project status and be able to communicate that project status to the team and team management in a timely manner
Drive resource planning and hiring for the project team
Liaison with senior staff on the project's timeline, risks, and resource needs
Assist team members with task management, priority, estimations, and tracking
