Responsibilities:
Development, implementation and communication of project scope, schedules, and budgets.
Manage materials planning and budget development.
Alert of potential budget over-spend.
Organize and document project team meetings including management and accountability for action items.
Develop specifications for vendor bids.
Vendor interface
Demonstrated capability to deliver on the Project Engineer Responsibilities.
Experience in vision inspection and automation manufacturing environments with the ability to generate project engineering deliverables with support of mentor.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
Proficiency using PC and Microsoft Office tools.
Outgoing personality with strong ability to communicate effectively with peers in clear, concise terms.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail
Experience in vision and automation environment.
Proven attention to detail and organization in project work, including Gantt charts, project flow.
Capable of working on assigned tasks without mentorship.
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication capabilities.
Experience with and tolerance for high levels of challenge and change.
