We are seeking individuals to join our team in our mission of making the finest gourmet confections!
We offer competitive starting wages with pay increases at 30 days, 90 days, 180 days and annually. Additional increases are given based on successful completion of training on different tasks - if you are a rockstar, you could get an increase within a couple weeks of beginning work.
Paid weekly.
Our hourly bonus plan gets paid monthly.
We pay 100% of the insurance premium for medical, dental, and vision for our employees working 30 or more hours per week.
All hourly employee accrue paid time off. We offer 8 paid holidays annually. Full time employees get paid 8 hours of vacation pay.
After 6 months of employment and working 1,000 hours, you are eligible for our 401k plan - we match 4%!
On the job training provided for a vast variety of tasks required to produce, prepare for packaging, and packaging our gourmet caramel.
Must be able to lift 35+ pounds.
Hours: 6:00 a.m -2:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
